Great Plains Brokerage, Inc. is the Sales and Marketing Division for Sanford Health Plan. We work with professional, local, independent agents, providing quoting and sales services featuring Sanford Health Plan. 

Sanford Health Plan is a provider of fully insured and self funded health care benefits to over 36,000 members in South Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa. Since Sanford Health Plan’s inception in 1998 they have become one of the largest providers of health insurance in South Dakota. Product loss ratios remain strong at 84% and we are successfully retaining approximately 90% of the groups that have been written.
