Sanford Simplifies Health Insurance for Employers

With Sanford Health Plan, members have an entire team ready to help answer questions about coverage or care, find a doctor and coordinate complex care needs.
mySanfordHealthPlan in MyChart
Our online member portal and mobile app offer easy access to provider and pharmacy directories. You can also learn about your plan’s out-of-pocket maximums, copayments, deductibles and more.
Wellness Tools & Program Options
Our group plan options include a variety of wellness programs, including:

Your employees can complete an online health assessment and select their areas of interest. This will generate a personalized health and well-being plan with added online engagement tools and support.
Virtual Visit Access 24/7
Members have access to online virtual care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We offer three virtual care options, so you and your family are never far from the care you need when you need it most. See a provider from the comfort of home or without leaving work through:

Care Management
Members are paired with a registered nurse health expert or wellness coach based on their individual needs, risk factors or opt-in preferences. These experts will help employees navigate their coverage, care and follow-up. Additional programs include: Diabetes Prevention, Exercise is Medicine and more.
