Choose a Provider
A primary care provider is your go-to health expert. To choose a provider, use your member portal to access our provider directory and browse available doctors and pharmacies. You can also call (877) 701-0788 (TTY: 711) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.
Schedule a Preventive Care Video Visit
Get ahead of health risks by scheduling a free preventive care video visit. You can review your health history with a provider, ask questions and learn about early signs of health risks. Schedule your visit online or over the phone.
Refill Your Prescriptions
Transfer or refill your prescription at a pharmacy near you. Our pharmacy network includes Lewis Drug, Thrifty White Pharmacy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Hy-Vee, Sam's Club, Costco and more.
