AgentAdvisor Updates for Small Group ACA Renewals and New Sales

Process Updates for AgentAdvisor: June 2023

 

Dear Valued Agent,

We’ve previously communicated our continued efforts to build out our small group platform, AgentAdvisor, and wanted to send a quick update in regards to our processes:

Small Group ACA Renewals: 

  • We have made the decision to continue processing July- December 2023 Small Group ACA renewals outside of AgentAdvisor.
  •  Brokers and clients will receive the renewal information via email from our sales inbox which will include the appropriate paperwork to complete the renewal. 

Small Group ACA New Sales: 

  • New sales will need to be processed through the AgentAdvisor platform, including employee enrollment.
  • Our team is here to help our agents through this process. If you need any assistance with the AgentAdvisor platform, please reach out to your Account Manager. If necessary, we will accept paper forms for new sold groups.

We will continue to reassess our plans moving forward to ensure a more pleasant experience for you and our clients. In the meantime, we will continue to make enhancements to our AgentAdvisor platform. These enhancements will be highlighted in our weekly broker newsletter, Coverage Connection. Your continued patience and feedback are valuable to us.
