Need to access the Broker Training Portal? Follow these step-by-step instructions.

If not already registered for the Broker Training Portal, you will need to register by following the below steps.

• Register here
• Complete the registration information and click sign up.
• Use the same email address you use for Sanford Health Plan communications.
• After signing up, you’ll receive a welcome email from noreply@salesforce.com (check your junk/spam folder if needed).
• This email will include a link labeled Please Save this URL.
• Save or bookmark this link as the Broker Training Portal.
• Follow the link to create your password, which will be required for all future logins.

If registered, follow these steps:

• Use this link to log in. Your username is your email with .securityhp after it (Example: email@email.com.securityhp).
• Enter the password previously created when registering for the Broker Training Portal.
• Select Reset Password and enter your username (Example: email@email.com.securityhp) if the password needs to be reset.
• Once logged in (1) follow the step-by-step guide to order materials or (2) click Launch to locate the 2027 Medicare Advantage CMS Certification and/or 2027 Sanford IFP On Exchange Marketplace Certification.
