Prescription Drug Data Collection (RxDC) reporting for calendar year 2023 will open for clients on March 15.

This report, required by the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), collects information on health care costs, including premiums, hospital costs, primary care, specialty care and wellness services. More information on the report is available on the CMS website.

Sanford Health Plan (SHP) will complete the annual RxDC reporting for clients when the following information is returned to Sanford Health Plan by the April 15 deadline:

• Plan sponsor name and d/b/a
• Plan sponsor EIN/TIN
• Total premium paid in calendar year 2023 for the employer and members
  • Please note: If the sponsor has multiple EINs or TINs, the premium information must be reported separately for each one.

We will send out a notice to clients when our form opens on March 15. They will have until April 15th to report the requested data.
