 What local transportation providers will the benefits cover?

Benefits apply to transportation providers that accept the Health Benefits Flex Card, which works like a credit card. Examples include taxis, vans, and public transportation.
 

When can supplies be ordered, and when should we expect to receive them?

Supplies will be announced in Agent Communications, along with a link for ordering when they become available.
 

Will there be a certification required this year for sales presentations?

No. At this time, certification is not required for holding sales presentations as there is for our Align product.
 

Will there be a revised process to determine if Medicaid members are eligible for DSNP?

No. The process for determining Medicaid eligibility for DSNP remains the same.
 

If an agent misses both training sessions, can they still sell by reviewing the slides before taking the exam?

Yes. Agents may log into the training portal, review the slide deck, and then complete the exam.
