Dear agents and brokers,

Early this week I shared news of my retirement plans with my team at Sanford Health Plan (SHP), and I write today to personally share those plans with you.

I have been with SHP since 2019, and these years have been both the most challenging and invigorating of my career. From serving our members through a global pandemic to launching our Medicare Advantage product, we’ve really covered some ground together. I am grateful for your partnership.

The search for my replacement will begin shortly, but you won’t be rid of me anytime soon. I’ve committed to staying in this role through the end of 2024 to ensure a seamless transition for the health plan and for the system.

I’m looking forward to the opportunity for more outdoor adventure in my retirement, though I plan to continue to challenge myself professionally. In the meantime, we have a lot of good work yet ahead of us.
