Your annual Medicare Advantage online exam will be available in the new Broker Training Portal starting August 22, 2025. The exam must be completed by September 22, 2025 with a minimum passing score of 90%.

How to Access Your Exam

• Go to the Broker Training Portal Registration
• Complete the registration information and click “sign up”
  • Use the same email address you use for Sanford/Security Health Plan communications.
• After signing up, you’ll receive a Welcome Email from noreply@salesforce.com (check your Junk/Spam folder if needed).
• This email will include a link labeled “Please Save this URL”. Save or bookmark this link — it’s the one you’ll use for every login.
  • Follow the link to create your password, which will be required for all future logins.

Inside the Portal

• Your list of available trainings will be listed on your broker portal homepage. Click ‘Launch’ to begin and complete your training.
