Sanford Health Plan (SHP) is hosting its inaugural spring town hall series for Align powered by Sanford Health Plan members.

The town halls, hosted by the product development team, will provide a forum for members to ask questions about their coverage a few weeks into the new benefit year. The team will also provide in-depth education on some of our feature programs, including the Healthy Benefits+™ flex card, health navigator services and health management programs such as Wellth and Livongo. Plan advisors will be on-site to answer questions about programs and services.

Members received invitations through email, SMS and direct mail in mid-January. A reminder email went out earlier this week. Those interested in attending are being asked to RSVP at align.sanfordhealthplan.com/member or call (844) 972-4863 (TTY: 711) with questions.

The series kicks off Feb. 13 with in-person events planned in Sioux Falls, Fargo, Bismarck and Bemidji at the following locations:
