There are three different Delta Dental provider sites, one for MN/ND, one for SD/IA and one for NE.

• For MN/ND, users will need to select “National Medicare Advantage” from the drop down menu
• For SD/IA, it brings you directly to the National Medicare Advantage Dentist Network page, and users will need to enter state and zip, etc.
• For NE, there currently is no drop down but they are working to add one. In the meantime, users can use the MN/ND site.
