Outpatient Dialysis Benefit Program - Three Affiliated Tribes

The Three Affiliated Tribes Medical Benefit plan has implemented a new Outpatient Dialysis Benefit Program. The claims administrator for the new Dialysis Benefit Plan is BSI Companies.
To ensure clear identification, members of this group will receive a new Dialysis Benefit Program ID Card, and they are instructed to present this ID Card to their dialysis provider at the time of service.
Dialysis claims will now be adjudicated in accordance with the benefits, limitations, and exclusions of the Three Affiliated Tribes Outpatient Dialysis Benefit Plan effective January 1, 2025.
