Reminder: Submit claims for supplemental benefits directly to vendor
As a reminder, Align powered by Sanford Health Plan, Align DUALPartnership (HMO D-SNP) and Great Plains Medicare Advantage plans offer supplemental benefits that are not covered by original Medicare. Claims for supplemental benefits must be submitted to the appropriate vendor as indicated below:
