Effective April 1, 2026, all claims for United Medical Resources (UMR) members must be submitted directly to UMR using the payer ID or mailing address below.

This new process will decrease the need for manual data entry, ensuring a faster turnaround time from claims submission to payment.

UMR members will receive updated ID cards with this new information.

Please update your billing systems as well to ensure timely processing.
