Open enrollment for 2027 coverage runs Nov. 1, 2026, through Jan. 15, 2027. Shop and enroll in an individual and family plan during the following timeframes:
Enroll Nov. 1 through Dec. 15, 2026: Coverage begins Jan. 1, 2027.
Enroll Dec. 16, 2026, through Jan. 15, 2027: Coverage begins Feb. 1, 2027.
