2027 Medicare Advantage retention resources now available
Beginning this month, members will receive communications designed to build confidence early, explain any changes that may affect them and help them understand any actions that may be required for 2027 coverage. Depending on their plan, members may receive outreach through direct mail, email, SMS and letters throughout the enrollment season.
As a trusted advisor, you play a critical role in helping members navigate coverage decisions and understand their options.
To support retention and reenrollment efforts, the following materials are now available:
- For use after Oct. 1:
- Fillable/customizable retention mailers to invite clients to one-on-one meetings
- Member benefit meeting toolkit, including:
- Next steps handout and member presentation - coming soon!
- Sales event materials - coming soon!
These resources are designed to help you deliver consistent messaging, answer member questions and support reenrollment conversations throughout AEP.
Member information sessions begin in October
Members who need to reenroll will be invited to attend a member information session in October. These educational events will help members understand upcoming changes, available resources and next steps. Members will also receive information about working with their agent and available enrollment support options once AEP begins.
