Dental benefits are included in all Align powered by Sanford Health Plan coverage options. We partner with Delta Dental® to ensure quality, cost-effective coverage in all 50 states with extensive networks of participating providers. Our plans provide coverage for preventive and comprehensive services, such as routine cleanings, exams and X-rays. 

As a Medicare Advantage member, you get preventive dental care at no cost.

With Delta Dental, you can save even more when you visit the dentist through lower negotiated rates and protection from balance billing. This means your dentist cannot bill you for the difference between what you’re charged and the amount your dental plan pays. For non-Medicare covered dental services, you must visit a dentist in the Delta Dental Medicare Advantage network.
