- $0 copays for prescriptions, including generics and brand names
- $0 copays for routine eye exams and lenses, plus an allowance for eyewear
- A yearly allowance for dental care including preventive and comprehensive dental services
- A yearly allowance for hearing aids, which includes a broad selection of OTC and brand-name devices
- A monthly transportation allowance for trips to or from doctor visits or the pharmacy
