2024 Open Enrollment
Open enrollment for 2024 is here for South Dakota and North Dakota. When it comes to you and your family’s health care coverage, you deserve the best. We are committed to helping you make sense of all the changes going on in health care today and to provide you with the best health insurance coverage that meets the needs of your lifestyle.
The annual open enrollment period begins November 1, 2023, and ends January 16, 2024. You may shop and enroll for a new individual plan with us during this time for coverage to begin on January 1, 2024. For plans purchased after December 15, 2023, coverage will begin on February 1, 2024.
Returning Members of Sanford Health Plan
On-Exchange Marketplace Plans: Sign in to your Marketplace account to update your on-exchange plan or to shop for a new one.
Off-Exchange Plans: Request an update to your off-exchange plan by filling out our Policy Change Request Form and sending it either to your local insurance agent or directly to Sanford Health Plan at sales@sanfordhealth.org. If you have questions about your current plan, how to make a plan change for the upcoming year, or about new options available in 2024, please contact your local insurance agent or call (888) 535-4831 (TTY: 711).
